Book Review Effortless by Greg McKeown
Show Notes

Greg McKeown’s second book Effortless, promises a deeper understanding of how to 'make what matters most, easier to do'.  This book follows on from Essentialism, published in 2012, that helped readers gain insights into ‘doing what is right’.  Effortless lives up to its promise and offers the reader 15 strategies to help build a consistent practice that leads to an effortless state, effortless action and ultimately, effortless results. In this podcast I review the book (which is great BTW!) and offer my reflections on three strategies that really spoke to me during my reading. It was near impossible to not begin thinking about how to apply McKeown’s principles in the midst of reading the book – this is well written, accessible and rich with useful content.  A must read for those who care about how they allocate their most precious resource – time.
