Jon Kabat-Zinn’s book is a foundation stone of the mindfulness movement. Mindfulness has become yet another buzz word and it’s helpful to get back to the source to better understand the origin and the practice from someone so close to the source. Being mindful is about being aware – and waking up! In this podcast I hand the mic over to the author, and after a quick introduction and review of the book (it’s great BTW) I include a 10 minute meditation from the man himself.
